I believe that an individual can take charge of his or her own life to stabilise risk factors and maximise the benefits of income and investment. I love my work and also the family life that I treasure. But I still find the time for a whole range of personal outlets from fitness and sports through to good food, music, my business books and what I call my flipside: the serious continental films and heavyweight classics of literature (I studied, abroad, on an Erasmus scholarship).
Plus I make time for computer stuff and website design on the side. I’m a technology nut and have discovered amazing software tools to take the doubt and speculation out of financial planning so that instead of piecemeal advice, my clients can really move forward with a viable life plan. Isn’t it better to reach for your dreams, occupy your mind, test your strengths, to feel really alive instead of just making it through by blowing in the wind.
• My first task with any new client is to sit down and listen to the human aspects, the interesting life details, what an individual really wants from life.
• Next, the combination of science and software crunches all the numbers and delivers all of the options that can be woven into an optimum strategic plan.
• After that, I can explain what it all means, what is possible, which aspects of the plan would be vital and what the contingencies amount to.
a) this covers every aspect of personal financial planning in one, integrated package of measures, including income tax, pension funding, insurance, mortgage, property strategies
b) and also: business related tax reduction and asset optimisation through every possible means, including the manipulation of costs and employee benefit schemes, the optimisation of capital and property projects through tax reduction, capital gains tactics, sourcing lower cost mortgages, and stamp duty mitigation schemes
Then I arrange the details and the process is in motion, for the life you want to reach for…
