 Far too many people leave their own future to chance and yet I know from experience that people can be eternally grateful that they had the foresight to take guard against life’s potential pitfalls.North Financial Management is the first in all Ireland to be run by qualified Life Planning experts and that technology already informs and guides my work with clients. I focus on locating and dealing with the risk in people’s lives: a) first step is detailed financial analysis covering absolutely everything in the treacherous territory of income and expenditure, the part of their lives people often sleep through b) next it is essential to discover what else a client wants from life and how clearly they have pictured their future contingencies and goals c) life can never be risk free but the all-important step is to come into awareness about what risks you can live with and what events you want to guard against at what cost d) then, to shape the future you are now aware of and clear about, the next step is managing your money, selecting the safeguards you need and finding value from amongst the huge range of financial management products available It’s a balancing act, but it is possible to change your life from a financial perspective: a) to deal with financial anxiety instead of trying to ignore it b) to find the pension plans that are still great prospects despite the press hammering that industry gets c) to rescue yourself from the 85% of the population who are underinsured d) to finally find a level of maturity about your finance, investments, plans and safeguards that lets you sleep at night whatever life may bring and whatever your heart’s truest hopes might be.
